Purpose: Nurses working with older adults will review and update their knowledge of adverse drug reactions and compliance/prescription issues that may affect the elderly. Objectives: 1. Explain common drug interactions and implications for the elderly; 2. Discuss compliance and prescription issues related to the elderly individual.
